Terms of business

These terms apply when you book, buy or agree work with Soal Creative Limited. They are written in plain English. Anything we agree with you in writing for a particular job (a quote or a proposal) sits alongside these terms, and wins if the two disagree.

1. Who we are

Soal Creative Limited, registered in Northern Ireland, company number NI697964, registered office 2 Hayesbank Park, Derry BT47 2AZ. Contact: [email protected], 07841 164449.

Our services are for businesses. If you buy from us as a private individual, nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.

2. Prices and paying

• Prices are shown on our website or in your quote. Prices exclude VAT; where VAT applies it is shown on your invoice.
• Euro prices are fixed prices for clients billed in euro, not a live exchange rate.
• Card payments are taken by Stripe. Invoices are due within 14 days unless your quote says otherwise.

3. Creative Session (£195 / €225)

• Paid in full when you book.
• You can move your session free of charge up to 48 hours before it starts. If you cancel more than 48 hours before, we refund you in full. Inside 48 hours, or if you do not turn up, the session counts as used.
• If we have to cancel, you choose a new time or a full refund.
• The full fee comes off any website build you book with us within 60 days of the session.

4. Full Visibility Audit (£495 / €575)

• Paid in full when you order.
• Your report is due within 5 working days of us receiving the details we ask for (your website, Google profile, social pages and three competitors). The price includes a 30-minute walkthrough call.
• If you cancel before we start work, we refund you in full. Once we have started, the fee is not refundable.
• The full fee comes off a website build or your first managed month if you book it within 60 days of your report.

5. Get Found Starter (£295)

• Paid in full when you order. It covers setting up or fixing your Google Business Profile and a one-page website on your own domain, as described on our website.
• The site comes with our care plan at £50 a month for the first 12 months, starting when the site goes live (see section 7).
• If you cancel before we start work, we refund you in full.
• The £295 comes off a larger website build if you book it within 60 days of your order.

6. Website builds

• What is included, the price and the timings are set out in your quote.
• Pay in full, or pay 25% up front and the rest in 11 equal monthly payments, with no interest and no fees.
• Your domain is registered in your name. If you pay monthly, the website is handed over to you in full with the final payment. If a payment is more than 14 days late, we may pause the site until it is paid.
• After launch we fix anything that does not work as agreed, free of charge, for the period in your quote (30, 60 or 90 days depending on the package).

7. Care plan (£50 a month)

• Hosting, security, backups, updates and up to 30 minutes of small changes each month. Unused time does not roll over.
• Every new site has the care plan for its first 12 months. After that you can keep it, or cancel with 30 days’ notice and move your site, and we will help you move it.

8. Managed Growth System

• A monthly fee, as set out in your quote. Your advertising budget is not included: you pay Meta, Google or other platforms directly from your own accounts.
• The first three months are a minimum term. After that it runs month to month and either of us can end it with 30 days’ notice.

9. What we need from you

Most delays come from waiting on content, logins or approvals. Please send what we ask for on time. If something you give us belongs to someone else (photos, logos, text), you confirm you have the right to use it.

10. Who owns the work

Once you have paid in full, you own the designs, copy and website content we make for you. We keep ownership of our own tools, templates and know-how, and you get a licence to use them as part of your site. We may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

11. Results and liability

We do careful, honest work, but nobody can promise a particular Google ranking, number of leads or sales, and we do not. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before it. We are not liable for loss of profit or indirect loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

13. Law

These terms are governed by the law of Northern Ireland, and the courts of Northern Ireland deal with any dispute.
