Cookie policy

This page explains the small files and browser storage soalcreative.com uses, and how to change your choice.
Analytics cookies are off unless you click “Accept” on the cookie banner. You can change your mind at any time:
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website saves in your browser. Some are needed for the site to work. Others, like analytics cookies, are optional, and we only use them with your permission.
Needed for the site to work
These do not need your consent, because the site or the feature you are using cannot work without them.
| Name | Set by | What it does | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
| soal-consent | Us (stored in your browser, not a cookie) | Remembers whether you said yes or no to analytics | Until you clear your browser data or change your choice |
| Form and booking cookies | HighLevel (our website and booking system) | Keep the enquiry form and booking calendar working and protect them from spam | Session, up to 1 year |
| Payment cookies | Stripe, on the checkout page | Process payments safely and prevent fraud | Up to 2 years |
Analytics (only if you click “Accept”)
We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages help people. It does not tell us who you are. We have set Google to keep this data for 14 months.
| Name | Set by | What it does | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
| _ga | Google Analytics | Tells visits apart | 2 years |
| _ga_YP8R8N5GHW | Google Analytics | Keeps track of your current visit | 2 years |
Fonts
Our pages load their fonts from Google Fonts. This does not set cookies, but Google receives your IP address when the fonts load. See our privacy notice.
Booking and checkout pages
When you book a session or pay online, you move to our booking system (links.soalcreativehub.com, run by HighLevel) or to Stripe’s checkout. Those pages use the cookies they need to work.
Turning cookies off in your browser
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block the necessary ones, the form, booking calendar or checkout may not work.
